Splash Zone Waterpark

The splash zone waterpark in James Island County Park is a seasonal outdoor attraction with waterslides & a lazy river. Splash Zone offers two 200-foot slides and a 500-foot lazy river with an adventure channel, as well as a leisure pool and play structure filled with wheels and sprays to ignite the imagination!

The Charleston County Parks & Recreation Commission operates three water parks that offer clean, safe, controlled oasis from the heat with activities for all ages. During the summer, Charleston’s water parks are among the busiest in the city and county.

The parks have lifeguards on staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. The parks are open daily through June and weekends until Memorial Day.
